The Founder Story
Why Nova Research Group was built.
Nova Research Group grew out of my experience working as a real estate project manager. In that role, I consistently found myself thinking there had to be a better way to approach the industry's daily research, analysis, and project work.
As I studied emerging AI systems and new research technology, one question continued to stand out: why hadn't anyone built a full-service, on-demand real estate platform that professionals across the industry could actually use?
So I built one.
Nova began as a powerful AI system equipped with specialized real estate tools, workflows, and research capabilities. I then refined it through real assignments spanning market research, development pipelines, ownership analysis, infrastructure, acquisitions, underwriting, presentations, and custom project execution.
With every assignment, the system became more capable, more accurate, and better suited to the way real estate professionals actually work. What began as a solution to my own frustration evolved into Nova Research Group—an on-demand real estate research and execution platform built to help others work more efficiently, make informed decisions, and move their objectives forward.
I am now proud to make Nova available to the broader real estate industry, and I hope it becomes a valuable part of helping our clients accomplish their goals.
